时效与滚丝工艺顺序对GH738合金螺栓力学性能的影响

摘要: 针对GH738合金螺栓,研究了时效与滚丝顺序对其力学性能的影响。结果表明,按时效后滚丝工艺顺序制造加工的GH738合金螺栓,其硬度、室温拉伸强度、高温拉伸强度、应力持久寿命、拉拉疲劳寿命均高于按滚丝后时效工艺顺序制造加工的GH738合金螺栓。

Abstract: Effects of aging and thread rolling process sequence on the mechanical properties of GH738 alloy bolt were studied. The results show that the hardness, tensile strengths at room temperature and at high temperature, stress endurance life and tensile fatigue life of the GH738 alloy bolts manufactured by aging after thread rolling are all higher than those by thread rolling after aging.
