摘要: 研究了Er、Zr元素的添加对Al-Zn-Mg合金的微观组织、力学性能和腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,Er、Zr元素的复合添加可以使合金的硬度、强度以及抗腐蚀性能有明显提高。Er、Zr元素的添加形成了弥散分布的纳米级Al3(Er,Zr)析出相,阻碍位错运动和晶界迁移,使合金的强度得到明显提高。另外,Er元素的添加使合金的晶粒细化,既提高了强度也保证了一定的伸长率,还使合金具有良好的抗剥落腐蚀性能。

Abstract: Effects of Er and Zr addition on microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion properties of Al-Zn-Mg alloy were studied. The results show that the composite addition of Er and Zr can significantly improve the hardness, strength and corrosion resistance of the alloy. With the addition of Er and Zr elements, nano-sized Al3(Er,Zr) precipitates are dispersed in the matrix, which can hinder dislocation movement and grain boundary migration, and significantly increase the strength of the alloy. In addition, the addition of Er element refines grain of the alloy, which not only increases the strength, but also guarantees a certain elongation, and makes the alloy also have good anti exfoliation corrosion performance.
