摘要: 对25Cr3MoA钢齿轮进行了不同工艺的渗氮试验, 结果表明, 当渗氮层深度要求0.35~0.41 mm时, 可通过三阶段渗氮工艺, 解决齿轮、内花键长时间渗氮显微组织出现脉状、网状氮化物等问题。

Abstract: Nitriding test of 25Cr3MoA steel gear was carried out. The results show that when the depth of nitrided layer is 0.35-0.41 mm, the problem of the pulse-like and network-like nitride appearing in the microstructure of gears and internal splines during long-term nitriding can be solved by means of the three-stage nitriding process.
