液压工装螺栓断裂失效分析

Fracture failure analysis of hydraulic equipment bolts

摘要: 三件液压工装螺栓在进行液压试验时发生断裂。采用扫描电镜断口形貌观察、能谱和化学成分分析、金相观察和显微硬度测试等对螺栓断裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明,螺栓存在材质不同的问题,两件螺栓材料为30CrMnSiNi2A钢不符合设计用料要求,由于热处理不匹配导致两件螺栓出现回火脆性。1件螺栓材料为30CrMnSiA钢,热处理后显微硬度与组织异常,因此螺栓在液压试验过程中无法承受目标压力发生断裂。

Abstract: Three hydraulic equipment bolts fractured during hydraulic tests. The fracture mode and causes of the bolts were analyzed by SEM fracture morphology observation, chemical composition detection, metallographic observation and hardness test. The results show that the bolts are made of different materials. The material of two of the bolts is 30CrMnSiNi2A steel, which do not meet the design material requirements and do not match with the heat treatment, thus the bolts exhibit tempering brittleness. The material of another bolt is 30CrMnSiA steel, the microhardness and microstructure are abnormal after heat treatment, so the bolt cannot withstand the assessment pressure and fractures during the hydraulic test process.
