摘要: 以感应热处理工艺和设备两个方面为切入点,对感应热处理技术在工业母机关键部件中的应用进行归纳总结,针对机床主轴、滚珠丝杠和导轨的具体感应热处理工艺及装备设计进行了介绍,并对未来的应用前景进行了展望。

Abstract: Induction heat treatment technology and its application in key components of machine tool were summarized from the two aspects of induction heat treatment technology and equipment, the specific induction heat treatment process and equipment design for spindle, ball screw and guideway of the machine tool were introduced, and the prospects for future promotion were prospected.
