摘要: 基于多年应用PAG聚合物水溶性淬火介质的实践经验,对PAG聚合物淬火液在热处理生产现场使用中出现的假浓度、冷却特性变化大、淬火件锈蚀、淬火液腐败发臭和产生泡沫等几个典型问题进行了简要分析,提出了相应的解决办法及对策。

Abstract: Based on experience practice used PAG for many years, typical problems appearing in production field of heat treatment on using PAG (Poly alkylene glycol) quenchant were analyzed, such as pseudo concentration, big changes of cooling characteristic, corrosion of quenching parts, corruption and smelliness of quenchant, foaming of quenchant, etc. The corresponding solutions and countermeasures were put forward.
