摘要: Nb3Sn材料需要经过热处理才能具备超导特性,热处理过程中需要对磁体温度、气体压力、气体流量等参数进行监控。基于EPICS架构开发了CSMC热处理监控系统,并将企业级Web技术应用到该系统,经过调试和运行,系统已完成CSMC Nb3Sn磁体内线圈和外线圈的热处理工作。

Abstract: Superconducting properties of the Nb3Sn material only show up after heat treatment, and during the heat treatment process, the temperature of magnet, the gas pressure and the mass flow rate of gas should be monitored. So based on EPICS, a supervisory control system has been developed, and enterprise-level Web technology is applied to the system. After years of commissioning and operation, the CSMC heat treatment process of Nb3Sn outside and inside coil has been successfully performed.
