气动离合器用轮毂的热处理工艺改进

Heat treatment process improvement of pneumatic clutch wheel hub

摘要: 以GCr15SiMn钢气动离合器用轮毂为对象,以减少热处理畸变为目标,对轮毂原有淬火+回火热处理工艺进行了改进。结果表明:通过增加去应力退火和深冷处理环节,轮毂畸变得到改善,达到尺寸技术要求;表面硬度分布更为均匀。

Abstract: Taken GCr15SiMn steel pneumatic clutch wheel hub as a object, the original quenching and tempering process was optimized in order to reduce the heat treatment distortion. The results show that the distortion of the hub is significantly reduced by adding stress relief annealing and cryogenic treatment processes, which meets the technical requirements of dimension, and the surface hardness distribution of the hub is more uniform.
