摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过添加稀土CeO₂对Ni60/50%WC涂层进行改性,制备了不同CeO₂含量的涂层,研究了CeO₂含量对涂层表面裂纹的影响。结果表明,随着CeO₂含量的增大,涂层的表面裂纹先逐渐减少,后又逐渐增多,在添加1%CeO₂时,Ni60/50%WC涂层无裂纹,且涂层组织均匀且致密,WC粒子圆润,其物相含有γ-(Fe, Ni)、M₂₃C₆、M₇C₃、Fe₃W₃C、Ni₄W、W₂C、CeNi₅和CeNi₂等。与未添加CeO₂的涂层相比,在添加1%CeO₂后涂层的硬度提高了11.88%,磨损率降低了26%。

Abstract: Through adding rare earth CeO₂ to modify the Ni60/50%WC coating and preparing the coatings with different CeO₂ content, the influence of CeO₂ content on surface cracks of the coating was studied. The results show that with the increase of CeO₂ content, the surface cracks of the coating first gradually decreases and then gradually increases. When adding 1% CeO₂, the Ni60/50% WC coating has no cracks, the microstructure is homogeneous and dense, which containing round WC particles, γ-(Fe, Ni), M₂₃C₆, M₇C₃, Fe₃W₃C, Ni₄W, W₂C, CeNi₅ and CeNi₂, etc. Compared with the coating without CeO₂, the hardness of the coating containing 1%CeO₂ increases by 11.88% and the wear rate decreases by 26%.
