退火温度对超细晶工业纯钛组织和力学性能的影响

Effect of annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of ultra-fine grained commercial pure titanium

摘要: 采用等通道转角挤压对工业纯钛进行加工,获得了超细晶工业纯钛,并对超细晶工业纯钛在不同温度下进行短时退火,研究了退火温度对超细晶工业纯钛组织和力学性能的影响,研究表明,超细晶工业纯钛经300~400 ℃低温短时退火后,晶粒尺寸没有明显增大,基面织构增强,强度得到提升,产生退火强化现象,且保持良好塑性。随着退火温度提高,超细晶工业纯钛晶粒发生明显长大,强度逐渐下降。

Abstract: Ultra-fine grained (UFG) commercial pure titanium was produced by equal channel angular pressing (ECAP), and then the UFG Ti was short-time annealed at different temperatures. The effect of annealing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the UFG Ti was studied. The results show that after short-time annealing at 300-400 ℃, the grain sizes of the UFG Ti are not significantly increased, the basal texture is enhanced, and the strength is improved, with good ductility maintained. With the increase of annealing temperature, the grain size of the UFG Ti increases obviously and the strength decreases gradually.
