感应加热淬火硬化层起始点调整方法

摘要: 研究开发了一种新的感应加热淬火硬化层起始点调整方法,即利用紫铜材料在交变磁场中产生的涡流形成反向磁场实现对硬化层起始点的调整,新的硬化层起始点调整方法对硬化层起始点的调整幅度大,且调整硬化层起始点的同时,不影响其他热处理考核指标如硬化层深度,可实现硬化层起始点在线调节、操作便捷、调节迅速,具有很高的生产实用价值。

Abstract: A new method for adjusting the starting point of the hardening layer produced by induction hardening was developed, which utilizes the eddy current generated by the copper material in the alternating magnetic field to form a reverse magnetic field to achieve the adjustment of the hardening layer starting point. The new method has a large adjustment range, and while adjusting the hardening layer starting point, it does not affect other heat treatment assessment indicators such as the depth of the hardening layer. It can realize online adjustment of the hardening layer starting point, convenient operation, and quick adjustment with high practical value in production.
