大型发动机链条销轴的热处理

摘要: 针对大型发动机链条中销轴零件原有热处理工艺缺陷,对销轴的热处理工艺进行了改善,有效减少了销轴的热处理畸变,合理调整了零件表面残留奥氏体含量。通过改善热处理工艺,显著提高了链条销轴的质量。

Abstract: Aiming at the defects of the original heat treatment process of the pin shaft for the large engine chain, the heat treatment process of the pin shaft was improved. The results show that the distortion of the pin shaft after quenching is reduced effectively, and the retained austenite content on the surface of the part is adjusted reasonably. By improving the heat treatment process, the quality of chain pin shaft is improved remarkably.
