铝合金热处理用大型底卸式加热炉的温度测控

Temperature measurement and control of large bottom discharge furnace for aluminum alloy heat treatment

摘要: 铝合金热处理对温度容差和温度同步性有严格要求,铝合金固溶工艺对回复时间有特殊要求。针对铝合金热处理用8 m长加热炉出现的高低点异常、温度过冲、回复时间不佳以及温度同步性不满足工艺要求等问题,研究了大型底卸式加热炉温度控制和测量方法。结果表明:只有将温度均匀性测量结果反馈于温度控制,选择正确的工艺传感器并布置在恰当的位置,科学地设定比例、积分、微分参数(PID参数)、加热功率,方能使设备满足铝合金热处理严格的温度容差要求和特殊的回复时间要求。

Abstract: Heat treatment of aluminum alloy has strict requirements for temperature tolerance and temperature synchronization, and the solution treatment process of clad aluminum alloy has special requirements for the recovery time. In order to find a solution to the problems of abnormal high and low points, temperature overshoot, poor recovery time and temperature synchronization existed in the 8 m long furnace for aluminum alloy heat treatment, the temperature measurement and control method of large bottom discharge furnace were investigated. The results show that the furnace can meet the strict temperature tolerance requirements and special recovery time requirements of aluminum alloy heat treatment only by feeding back the result of temperature uniformity survey to temperature control, choosing correct process sensor and locating it to right position, scientifically setting PID parameters and heating power.
