高硬度20Cr13钢的耐磨性

Wear resistance of 20Cr13 steel with high hardness

摘要: 对20Cr13不锈钢进行了不同温度的淬火回火处理以获得不同的硬度,进而研究了不同硬度下20Cr13不锈钢的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:回火温度≥580 ℃时,20Cr13不锈钢的硬度<40 HRC,材料摩擦系数K与材料硬度h趋势一致,耐磨性差;回火温度≤550 ℃时,硬度>40 HRC,材料摩擦系数K与材料硬度h趋势背离,趋于常值,磨损体积V不受硬度h影响,耐磨性高。

Abstract: 20Cr13 stainless steel was quenched and tempered at different temperatures to obtain different hardness, and the corresponding friction and wear properties of the 20Cr13 steel were studied. The results show that when the tempering temperature ≥580 ℃, the hardness of the steel >40 HRC, the friction coefficient K is consistent with the hardness, and the wear resistance is poor. When the tempering temperature ≤550 ℃, the hardness >40 HRC, friction coefficient K deviates from the trend of hardness and tends to a constant value, the wear volume V is not affected by the hardness, and the wear resistance is high.
