异形C19210铜合金带材的热处理工艺

Heat treatment process for C19210 copper alloy special-shaped strip

摘要: 结合企业生产实际,针对异形C19210铜合金带材连续挤压-三连轧-钟罩式等温退火-冷轧-连续退火-精轧的工艺方案中的两次退火工艺展开试验研究,以确定其可行的热处理方案。结果表明,C19210铜合金第一次钟罩式退火的较佳工艺为500 ℃×20 h,经冷轧后的导电率约89%IACS,硬度约120 HV0.5。第二次连续退火后合金带材厚料和薄料部分出现明显得性能不均匀现象;改用450 ℃×2 h等温退火处理时,精轧后合金异形带导电率达90.1%IACS,硬度达120 HV0.5左右,且厚料和薄料部分性能均匀。最终获得异形C19210合金带可行的制备工艺为连续挤压-三连轧-500 ℃×20 h罩式等温退火-冷轧-450 ℃×2 h等温退火-精轧。

Abstract: Combined with the production practice of C19210 copper alloy special-shaped strip in enterprises, which consists of continuous extrusion, three-stand continuous rolling, bell-type isothermal annealing, cold rolling, continuous annealing, finishing rolling, the two annealing processes in the process scheme were studied. The results show that for the C19210 copper alloy, the first bell-type isothermal annealing at 500 ℃ for 20 h is better. After that and then cold rolling, the conductivity of the special-shaped strip is about 89%IACS and the hardness is about 120 HV0.5. However, obvious non-uniform properties between the thin part and the thick part of the strip occurs after the second continuous annealing. When isothermal annealed at 450 ℃ for 2 h, the properties of the thick and thin parts are uniform, and the conductivity of the strip after finishing rolling reaches 90.1%IACS, the hardness keeps about 120 HV0.5. Finally, the feasible preparation process of C19210 alloy special-shaped strip is adopted as follows: continuous extrusion, three-stand continuous rolling, bell-type isothermal annealing at 500 ℃for 20 h, cold rolling, isothermal annealing at 450 ℃ for 2 h, and finishing rolling.
