摘要: 随着节能环保和经济性的需求,轻量化和高韧化成为汽车钢铁行业的主要发展目标,在不同类型系列钢中,Fe-Mn-Al-C系奥氏体钢因具有高比强度和高强塑积等优异的综合性能而受到青睐。伴随着减重元素Al的添加,促进κ-碳化物的生成,使Fe-Mn-Al-C钢的性能恶化严重,减少或细化κ-碳化物是提高高铝Fe-Mn-Al-C钢使用性能的有效途径。因此,从成分设计的角度出发,综述了Cr元素在物相组成、κ-碳化物、力学性能变形机制和层错能等方面对Fe-Mn-Al-C系低密度钢的影响规律,重点分析Cr含量对κ-碳化物的机理影响,并说明可以通过添加Cr元素改善高铝Fe-Mn-Al-C钢的使用性能。最后结合最新的研究成果,展望了未来Fe-Mn-Al-C钢的发展趋势。

Abstract: With the needs of energy conservation, environmental protection and economy, the lightweight and high toughness have become the main development goals of the automotive steel industry. Among different types of series steel, Fe-Mn-Al-C austenitic steel is favored because of its excellent comprehensive properties such as high specific strength and high product of strength and elongation. With the addition of weight reduction element Al, the promoted formation of κ-carbide deteriorates the properties of the Fe-Mn-Al-C steel seriously, thus reducing or refining the κ-carbide is an effective way to improve the performance of the high-aluminum Fe-Mn-Al-C steel. Therefore, from the point of view of composition design, effect of Cr element on the Fe-Mn-Al-C low density steel in terms of phase composition, κ-carbide, mechanical properties, deformation mechanism and stacking fault energy were summarized, and the effect of Cr content on the κ-carbide mechanism was emphatically analyzed, then explaining that the performance of the Fe-Mn-Al-C steel with high aluminum could be improved by adding Cr element. Finally, combining with the latest research results, the development trend of Fe-Mn-Al-C steel in the future is prospected.
