两相区退火温度对汽车用0.2C-8Mn-2Al钢组织与力学性能的影响

Effect of intercritical annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of 0.2C-8Mn-2Al steel for auto

摘要: 采用扫描电镜(SEM)、拉伸试验等手段研究了两相区退火温度对热轧态0.2C-8Mn-2Al钢微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明,退火态0.2C-8Mn-2Al钢组织主要为奥氏体和铁素体。在780~900 ℃区间内,随着退火温度的升高,拉伸前后0.2C-8Mn-2Al钢的奥氏体转变体积分数逐渐提高,0.2C-8Mn-2Al钢的抗拉强度、伸长率和强塑积先升高后降低。900 ℃退火的0.2C-8Mn-2Al钢的奥氏体转变体积分数最高,达到43.4%,840 ℃退火的0.2C-8Mn-2Al钢的抗拉强度、伸长率和强塑积均达到最大值,分别为1208.6 MPa、31.2%和37.71 GPa·%,840 ℃为热轧态0.2C-8Mn-2Al钢的最佳退火温度。

Abstract: Effects of intercritical annealing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hot rolled 0.2C-8Mn-2Al steel were studied by using scanning electron microscope (SEM) and tensile testing. The results show that microstructure of the annealed 0.2C-8Mn-2Al steel is mainly composed of austenite and ferrite. In the range of 780 ℃ to 900 ℃, with the increase of annealing temperature, the volume fraction of austenite transformation in the 0.2C-8Mn-2Al steel before and after stretching gradually increases. Meanwhile, the tensile strength, elongation and product of strength and elongation of the 0.2C-8Mn-2Al steel first increase and then decrease. The austenite transformation volume fraction of the 0.2C-8Mn-2Al steel annealed at 900 ℃ is the highest, reaching 43.4%. The tensile strength, elongation and product of strength and elongation of the 0.2C-8Mn-2Al steel annealed at 840 ℃ reach maximum values, which are 1208.6 MPa, 31.2% and 37.71 GPa·%, respectively. 840 ℃ is the optimal annealing temperature for the hot rolled 0.2C-8Mn-2Al steel.
