连续退火温度对冷轧含钛超低碳钢组织和性能的影响

Effect of continuous annealing temperature on microstructure and properties of cold-rolled ultra-low carbon steel containing titanium

摘要: 以含Ti超低碳钢为研究对象,研究了连续退火温度对拉伸性能、氢渗透性能、显微组织和析出物的影响。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,试验钢的强度逐渐降低,成形性能、氢渗透性能逐渐升高,晶粒平均尺寸逐渐增加,粒径≤50 nm的小尺寸析出物比例明显增多。当退火温度为830 ℃时,抗拉强度为290 MPa,屈服强度为130 MPa,断后伸长率A80为46.5%,n值为0.25,r值为3.0,氢渗透时间为12.0 min,晶粒平均尺寸为14.3 μm,成形性和氢渗透性能最佳。

Abstract: Effect of continuous annealing temperature on tensile properties, hydrogen permeability, microstructure and precipitates of Ti-containing ultra-low carbon steel was studied. The results show that with the increase of annealing temperature, the strength of the tested steel decreases gradually, the formability and hydrogen permeability increase gradually, the average grain size increases gradually, and the proportion of small size precipitates within 50 nm increases obviously. When the annealing temperature is 830 ℃, the tensile strength is 290 MPa, the yield strength is 130 MPa, the elongation is 46.5%, the n value is 0.25, the r value is 3.0, the hydrogen permeation time is 12.0 min, and the average grain diameter is 14.3 μm, showing the best of formability and hydrogen permeation performance.
