Multi-objective optimization model of deep cryogenic process for conical pick

Abstract: For optimization of the conical pick performance indexes including hardness, wear resistance and impact property, deep cryogenic treatment was carried out on the material of conical pick and achieved good results. In order to obtain the optimal conical pick cryogenic process, a multi-objective optimization model of conical pick cryogenic process was proposed based on QFD model from the perspective of multi-objective programming. Then the optimal cryogenic process parameter group is found and experimentally verified as follows: cryogenic temperature of 77 K, cryogenic time of 24 h and alternation number of 2, so that the effectiveness of the model is also verified.
