Study and consideration on pollution coefficient of metal heat treatment process

Abstract: Energy conservation and environmental protection is the prerequisite for the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry. The green production and energy conservation of manufacturing industry is an important symbol of the development of manufacturing industry. Heat treatment is one of the main basic manufacturing technologies, its green and energy-saving level reflects the overall development of the manufacturing industry. It is of positive significance to study the wastes characteristics of heat treatment process itself. Based on the work results of the project “the second national census of industrial pollution sources and the production and emission accounting of industrial pollution sources”, and in view of metal heat treatment process and procedures, a profound study of its pollution generating characteristics and pollution coefficient,was carried out, in order to actively provide a inspection basis for the second national census of industrial pollution sources total pollution production accounting.
